Chris Moyles on Radio 1 got his listeners to download the 'Honey to the Bee' song to see if they could get it back into the charts, for 'fun' supposedly.

Since the law has now changed on what can go into the charts, any song that is now downloaded in big quantities, even from 50 years ago, will enter the charts.

All that is required is that you download it legally, ie pay for it from itunes or other legal download sites, and it will count towards the sales of the record.
