I have had a little experience concerning this type of disability due to my past position as a special educator, so think the link at the end of this message will set you on the path to a greater understanding of this disability so you can seek the assistance you might need. I have seen several so-called "signs" listed in the article that helped tip off the possibility that various students in my school had the disorder, so this is useful.
The contents are of course watered down because it is an article in Wikipedia, but it will, I feel, at least help you become have an idea what is going on! :-) Here it is:
