To a point. There are neighborhoods which are almost entirely Black, or almost entirely White. There is also self-segregation. I've been to high schools where tables are all Black or all White. The difference is that segregation is not institutionalized.

Segregation, and racial profiling have gone up considerably Post 9/11. Take the case of Maher Arar for example.

True that there is a difference today from say the 1950s. Segregation today occurs as a personal or lifestyle choice not as a government institution. Though the barriers that the government has put up are gone, there are still social and class barriers even today whether it is unspoken or unwritten.

Of course! Just go look in any public school ,elementary classroom ,you will find the Hispanic children at the end of the class or aleready in the so called-special ed, nothin special about these classes ,except the money they bring to the schools!

Yes, there is still segregation, but I do agree that much of it’s self-imposed.

Absolutely not. At least, not between races. Not if you want to own a business or at least be an upstanding member of our society.

Yes, but I think it is now by choice of the former "opressee's". They all have "Latino tax services" and "Black scholorships" but if whites did that we'd be rascist SOB's.

Of course it does, just look at any city in the north.

They have white sections(if any whites actually live in the city), black sections, hispanic sections and asian sections.
