I am already 15, so I know it is strange to start late like me but there must be others my age who have taken interest in dance.

It is never to late to start dancing. I started taking dance classes last year (when I was 14) and found no problems.
Depending on the teacher they may want you to go in a class aimed at younger kids or put you in a adult beginner class if they have one.
As for cost it all depends what style you are interested in, most community centres offer a variety of dance classes for cheap and they're usually pretty good for beginner dancers.
When I started dance I just looked through the ad's in the leisure guide and phone book and talked to lots of teachers till I found a class that suited me.
I hope that's helpful, good luck! :)

I know this might sound like work, but its the way that you're most likely to be happy with the place you choose. You can look in your phone book or online for dance studios in your area. By calling those places or searching their sites you'll be able to find what their tuition is, and be able to compare. The studio I dance at has beginning levels for teens in hip-hop and ballet, so finding a class that's at the right level for you should be a snap!
Good Luck!

If you have a Playstation, Playstation 2, Xbox, Xbox 360, Gamecube, or Wii, you can buy Dance Dance Revolution game and dance pad. Start off doing it, when you are a master, start dancing with hands and feet.

Try the YMCA or YWCA, or contact the Parks and Recreation office in your town. They should offer some kind of programs, and the cost is minimal.
