i wait a little bit to see if the craving goes away, but if it doesnt and im thinking about it all day, then im like ok, f*ck it! lol

Yes... All the time. I'm trying to quit smoking and just can't seem to kick it! Someone suggested that I rub the pack of cigs on the rim of the toilet (Yuck) That might help, but I think you'd just give in and go buy more cheese and toast.

Do you know what? Even though I'm diabetic I still like a chocolate bar, so if I feel a craving for chocolate or anything else, I go ahead and eat it anyway!
I guess it's only natural to feel that way I guess.

i just had a take away meal (vegi pizza), so yes, i do sometimes give in to my cravings ! well, it's friday - the end of a long week. i think i deserve a treat !
