The most dangerous form of travel is supposed to be on a donkey. It kills far more people than plane crashes. So how come the Dangerous Sports Club spend so much time on hanggliders and never ride donkeys?

i guess "dangerous sports" are more about the adrenalin rush than the actual risk of being hurt, not much of a rush riding a donkey unless of course your sh*t scared of them or when the thing starts to turn on you.....
would also say dangerous sports are more dangerous due to human errors rather than an outside risk of danger
