k so im in grade 8, and in elementary school, and i live in canada, but im only 30 minutes away from detroit. so i was wondering, is it normal to only have 2 pants to wear. i only wear those two, i dont own any more. is it okay? if not then what should i do because my mom refuses to bring me to detroit to go shopping, and doesnt let me order online. and i cant borrow from friends or reletives (im a different size)

it's ok to have two pairs of jeans casue nobody notices but if you just have two pants period., that's a problem.

I'm 13 and I own lots of pants, but in reality I actually only wear 3. One's a skinny jean, another's a boot legged jean and the other one's a 3/4 jean. And that's been all i needed for, like, 3 months. I keep on tagging my mom to buy me new pants myself, but she always says no, cuz i have tons of jeans but i only wear 3!..
So don't worry, if 2 pants is all you need, then so be it. Quit tagging your mom to bring you shopping, you'll grow out of those pants sometime and THEN your mom has no reason not to taking you shopping.. Having 2 pants can have its advantages too..

2 pairs no thats not normal i have around 21 not counting skirts. if i were you id do something that would ruin those pants so you have nothing to wear so she has to bring you shopping. i know i sound like a spoiled brat but i would not be able to have two pairs of pants.

If you only have 2 pairs of pants...then go shopping. I'm 13 and I have many pairs!
I would get really tired of wearing the same 2 pairs every single day....maybe you could go shopping in Canada if she won't take you to the US!

truthfully I think that 2 pairs is perfectly normal. I basically have 2 pairs that I wear all of the time

Omg, thats wicked sad. Why cant she just bring you shopping? Do you not have enough money for them or something? :\ That would be sad. You should tell her that you desperatly need new pants or try to rip them or something so that you can get more.

that sucks maybe you can talk to your mom and tell her that you will do any chores around the house if that will convince her to buy you more clothes...because a girl just has to have more pairs of pants than that!!!!....or just tell her that ALL you want for your b-day is some new jeans!!!-hope this helps!!!

You can only wear one pair at a time so make sure to wash often.
You cant use me for amunition to get something you want from your mom after she has said no. accept it!

girl that is critically so not okay a girl needs more that that earn some cash at least 200 bucks and spend it all on shoping peg youre mom or dad or sis or bro if they drive say its a emergency

r u really poor, cuz if you are, you can go to goodwill, they have not bad clothes for cheap prices. that is so stupid, can't you just shop in canada. i have like 10 pairs of jeans, and thats not enough for me!
