My childs Law Guardian has gone so far as removal from my home because she saw a moving van in my neighborhood. I have been incarserated for failure to appear in court when she knew I was in Florida for Christmas!!

You were incarcerated because you failed to appear in court, the Law Guardian did not do it, you did it. She knew you went to Florida for Christmas-but you knew you had a court date. Court dates are not like a doctors' appointment that you can just disregard.
As for the moving van, it wasn't only in your neighborhood that concerned her, more likely it was in front of your residence. For her to take such action, there is more to this.
It appears to be that you are in court because of something concerning your child. The law guardian is looking out for the child's' best interest. Nothing illegal was done by the Law Guardian.

Not trying to be mean, however, something is definitely wrong with this picture I'm seeing.

First...do you mean LEGAL Guardian?

Second...Most court cases are scheduled about 30 days in advance. I'm not certain how you could not have KNOWN you were to appear in court!

At this point...I'd suggest you contact an attorney who specializes in family law.
