The Academy Is... is kind of pop-punk alt with a slightly emo touch, and from what I've heard of The Classic Crime, they're pretty similar. I'm not sure exactly what your taste is (if you're more into mainstream or indie, pop-punk or emo, etc.) but I"ll try to help...

have you heard of Deep Elm Records? they may be a little too indie for you, but they release bands like the Appleseed Cast (no longer on their label...), but they have a site called the Emo Diaries where you can listen to samples from all of their bands. too many to name but all of them are just fuhking off the wall. :) i love it.
you may want to look up Portrait as well. :D i'm not a huge fan of their latest stuff, but their old stuff is the shittt.
