Can someone help me with my TREO 650?

ok, here is the problem...whenever I get a call, or I make a call.... all i see is the button that says "hang up", and the other button for "mute"...... but I dont see the speaker button! and whenever this happens.... I cant hear anything...... and whenever they person picsk up the phone i can see the "hold" button... but not the speaker.....i was wondering if maybe i could reset the phone or sumthing..... or maybe somethign is deactivated? i dont have long with this phone.... PLEASE HELP

I had the treo 600 which has the same format up front. I would only think that to take the battery out and do a hard reset. In other words, you will clear the whole phone and go back to factory specifications. I got the Sprint PPC 6700 for $200. It was $300 with the 2 year contract and customer loyalty discount (same discount as a new customer). Then I got a $100 rebate also. The cheapest from Treo 700 was $400 and I know that the Treo 700 is not twice as good, money wise speaking.

If you buy a phone with rebate with Sprint remember you only got 15 days to send off for it. Also if you get the PPC 6700 in the near future, remember me at [e-mail] and I can give you some good tips. Good luck.
