Ok so today during one of my basically free periods one of the really weird kids came up to me. I was trying to do my math homework but he wouldn't leave me alone. I whacked him with my math book (dont worry it wasn't a textbook) over and over but he still wouldn't leave me alone. Then as I'm trying to ignore him he tells me we're supposedly married. He said it was a drunk night in vegas and I wasn't to be held responsible. He also said we had a kid. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU REACT/RESPOND TO SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!?!?!?!?!

Just tell him he was too drunk to remember the annulment you guys did right after that, or tell him you got a divorce, and he owes you alimony ,and you want the check, NOW!

Any response you give to him is going to add fuel to the fire. He is saying this stuff to get your attention and by hitting him/and or talking to him he is getting what he wants. Caution - Do not hit him again as he can file assault charges against you.
If you really don't want him bothering you, tell him politely to please leave as he is bothering you and if he persists that you will report him to the school administration. Make sure you keep a detailed account of what was said, time and anyone who might have observed the interaction. If he continues to bother you report him.
You are at school to learn and should not have to deal with this type of harassment. It's up to the school to make sure all of it's students are in a safe environment but they can't resolve the issue if you do not report it. Stand firm - Good luck - I'll be thinking about you.

LOL I completely agree with secondpedro. Just be weird right back & tell him all that stuff. Also tell him that you think you would remember whether you guys have a kid or not since YOU were the one who would've carried it for 9 months & popped it out.
I'm so sorry you have to deal w/ a psycho like that kid. I kinda know how you feel....my best friend's little sister is such an oddball & neither of us know how to respond to her random remarks. We're basically just thinking "uhhh, polly wanna cracker? what? what do you want?!"
