I want to make a chocolate mold for my fiance for vday.

There is accually a kit you can buy. It's called Clone-A-Willy and they make it especially for chocolate! It's reusable so you can make one multiple times. And by the way, i don't think you are a sick puppy. People can be such prudes!

Use playdough. The problem will be keeping it up for long enough to get the mold formed. After you have it formed, chill it in the refigerator for a couple of hours, line it with clear plastic wrap, melt the chocolate, allow chocolate to cool slightly, and pour into mold. Be careful not to damage mold in case you have to try a second time.

You are sick, but I will tell you anyway. Wrap it in saran wrap and then in aluminum foil leaving it slightly loose. Then carefully remove it. Put the mold down in a bowl of ice and pour the chocolate in, but don't make the chocolate hot. Just melt it enough to make it pourable. Let it sit for a good 10 to 15 minutes before removing it from the ice. Put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour to harden. carefully remove the mold and then take a sharp knife and trim it. You might want to keep it refrigerated until you give it to her or it will melt. Good luck you sick puppy.
