4 chat rooms, max. 16 people in each.
No, you can't chat over Wi-Fi.

Up to approximately 65 feet is the range of other people you can picto chat with. It is not an internet application.

They have to be within a special distance. Check the instructions and directions and stuff that come with the DS Lite. Good luck!

Hello,
I also have a DS and me and my neighbor try and sucessfully talk all the time!!!!
But i know for a fact that the ds radius is 50 feet and no bigger unless you have the wifi connection thingamabob. i hope i helped

I don't think you can b/c me and my friends walked across the strret from eachother and lost our connection. so no u can not.
