No, when you think about it, the freezing weather creates more homeless people...they are unable to pay bills, lose their homes and entire families end up living on the street. Its really very sad.
Interfaith Ministries in my town does all that we can to help them. Salvation Army does what it can as well. Catholic Charities does a wonderful job. But its like trying to seal a whole in the dam with bubble gum.

Freezing weather? I thought we were all suffering from global warming...
On a more serious note: don't unjustly ascribe to God whatever happens. People blame him for things that go bad but ignore him for things that go well. Ungrateful wretches we all are.
