Lunch, the main meal of the day, consisted of stews cooked in a pot over a fire.

Breakfast usually consisted of mush and meat or cheese.

Dinner consisted of bread, cheese, and any left overs from lunch.

i know alot about this, alot of the early colonists were farmers so they ate what was grown, alot of potato's, corn, chicken etc.
