I would be the Bears GM... I would trade Grossman and Mohammed for a QB and WR who can actually play worth squat

Get Asante Samuel to team up with DeAnglo Hall on D
Get some New WRs there(try trading for a guy like Mushin Muhammed or Tory Holt)
Improve the O-Line
