Wow, she sounds really controlling and that must make it hard to be her friend. Also, it is probably hard to confront someone like that, because she may not take the comment well. Maybe, take a step back. Don't make plans with her for a while. When she asks why, THEN say, listen, I've been having plans with other people because I have been really upset by some things that have happened while we hanging out that made me feel like you wanted to control me. Tell her that you enjoy her friendship, but you don't need a friend telling you what to do all the time. Good luck; this is a hard one but the most important thing has already happened -- you've recognized that this is a problem!

Leave drama Queen Lisa behind and go on with your business. She is a controlling person and like you mention, she likes to be the center of attraction. Do you really need someone like this around you? This is the question you ought to ask yourself. And besides you also say that she is annoyng, so why bother? There are plenty of interesting girls who would share your company and be more understanding. Look around, and you will soon find out there is one much more interesting around the corner!

Good luck

Your "friend" is not controlling your life. She is just a royal pain in the ***. First of all, don't make overtures to your friends while she is around and second, you have every right to tell her that she is not invited to participate in every thing you do. She will probably go ballistic at which point you should suggest she got to confession.

Maybe you should let the relationship go. slowly become more and more distant (if possible), that way you can make more friends and not be so limited.. or restricted.
Maybe you should talk to her about it first (if you haven't done so already)
