Boot camp, or some kind of hard labor that makes them remember that they aren't the center of everything.
It also helps to cease letting them do/have whatever they want. Start to go the other way (but not all at once).
Once someone "becomes" a certain way, it takes time to break them. Boot camp does it best, but you probably aren't actually going to do that, so be prepared to spend some time before you see improvement.

By soaking them in bleach. If that doesn't stop the smell, I suggest that you try quicklime. Freeze the body more quickly next time.
