Not really. Windows XP has been out for a couple of years and Windows Vista will be out shortly.
If you have a Win 98 computer, you might be able to upgrade to XP, but it depends on the processor and memory.

Why pay $180.00 plus for Windows Vista when you can download and install Ubuntu Linux for free. Also,you will also get all the programs you will ever need for free. Check it out at ubuntu.com.
