I know implantation bleeding can occur when you get pregnant through IVF, but can it happen with a natural pregnancy? I'm a week early for my period and had some light pink spotting yesterday and today. No other real pregnancy symptoms (though i think I'm imagining some, lol).

I know it doesn't happen often, but it did happen to me when I got pregnant with my first. Though, come to think of it I just answered my own question...

Quite honestly if you think you are with the way the newer pregnancy tests read higher levels of HCG....I would highly suggest taking a test ...if you are just implanting you won't get any signs of being pregnant yet, but the test if you get a good one, just read your label...and take it first thing in the morning. At this stage you want to use your first morning so you have the highest level of hcg if there is any.
This way you will know for sure what is going on...then call your doctor and schedule an appt for a follow up to make sure you are, you won't get to see anything in a sonogram, they probably would not even do that but they can do a pelvic and test again...or they would send you for blood hcg levels every 48 hrs to make sure your numbers are doubling!

Yes, it can but not very common. The pink spotting would be an indication of this; or just sex in general can make you spot sometimes.

yes, it is normal to have some spotting in early conception, it's called "implatation", most people mistake it for a period when it isn't. So it is possible that you could in fact be pregnant.
