What type of player is Gasol? Can he make the Bulls a championship contender? The Bulls needs a low post scorer in the worst way!

yes he will make them a contender. but the grizzlies are asking way too much. they are asking for either 2 out of 3 players: hinrich,deng or gordon.

He'll make the Bulls a contender, assuming the Bulls don't have to give up a vital part of their current group (ie. Ben Gordon) to get him. If they can deal something like Duhon, Brown and a draft pick for Gasol, then they're doing well for themselves.
Gasol is not a great defender, but he provides a huge offensive boost, which is what the Bulls need. And he's also a strong rebounding presence. He's big, fast, mobile and an excellent passer to boot. He'd be a great asset to an already-good Bulls team.

gasol is the low post player the bulls so severely need. i think with him the bulls should be considered a top 3 team in the east but not nba championship material yet.

I think the Bulls are fine just the way they are. They should keep the team they have and leave Gasol where he is.

yea gasol would be good, bulls seem mostly a jump shooting team. and that wont always work for them, gasol would be a great addition.

I'm sure the Grizzlies want way too much. But it'd be nice to have him. I still have faith though. I think the Bulls can do something with what they have.

im thinking luol deng, malik allen, and ben gordon for pau gasol. hopefully gasol doesn't wear any headbands!

No, because they already have so many stars and if he goes there there will be no chemistry and they fight about who will have the ball.
