yes..i have july 15th of 2006...
i was actually the driver...
i fell asleep at the wheel and drifted off into the side ditch...but was awakened by the sound of rustling grass...i veered out of this ditch, but began spinning out of control on the highway, and spun around 3 times before going back into the ditch to regain control again...unfortunately i hit a sign on the way back into this ditch which caused my right side window, in the back, to burst, shooting glass towards me and my friends at a very rapid speed..
nobody died, but my two friends were really hurt...my friend who was sitting by the busted window gulped down chunks of glass, and couldnt swallow..and had glass pieces in her neck and eyes and cheeks..the friend who was sitting in the front with me swallowed a massive amount because she was asleep with her mouth opened wide...but neither one went to the hospital..well they didnt want to that is...
very very scary experience!!! (damages totaled well over 4000 dollars)

I have been in a car accident. I was the passenger and it was the other car's fault. I ended up with a black eye and the car was destroyed. We would have sued, but the other driver fled the country.

No, but I've been in three car crashes.
1.) Driver. Got hit. His fault. No. No.
2.) Driver. Rear ended a vehicle. No fault. No. Apparently, some minor.
3.) Driver. Crashed into median block. No fault. No. No.

Yes, I was a passenger, it was the drivers fault, had to have glass picked out of my face, and the driver needed stitches in his forehead.. No serious injuries...

yes , we were parked and i had my door open. i also had my leg out cuss i was getting out of the car , when all of a sudden this car just rammed into my side of the door. if i hadn't pulled my leg in just in time. he would have cut my leg off. the whole door was wrecked.

yes. i was the passenger. it was the other persons fault that we crashed into. nobody died and nobody got hurt luckily.
