Know your fertility & your partner's. Track your basal body temp, track signs of ovulation, have sex every other day , have sex near ovulation etc

Get to know your cycle, and know the days you ovulate. Try and have sex on those days. Have FUN with this, if you start stressing out about it, it's just going to make it harder. Dont have sex every day, it will lower his sperm count. Just have it when you're ovulating, and when you ... get the urge!! A pillow under the hips is a great idea, and Ive read over and over again that laying in bed for 10 minutes or so, instead of jumping right out of bed, is supposed to really help.

Do what my OB/GYN told me....buy several ovulation kits and pee on a stick daily from the last day of your menstral period until you "surge" or get a positive read out. I did this for 2 months and got pregnant. I'm not saying that it will be that easy for you though. Have you had your progesterone level tested? If not, that would be a good idea too as if it's low, your chances of conceiving are slim to mone.

When you surge, using the ovulation test kits, have sex as often as you can as your window of opportunity is only 36 hours long every month. Oh yeah....you normally ovulate 7 - 10 days after you are done with your period. These are your fertile days to possibly conceive. Good Luck!

LMAO! Well yes, you need to have sex obviously...But you need to have sex at the RIGHT TIME. That is, when you are ovulating. Normally people ovulate around 2 weeks (14 days) after their period. There are tests that you can buy at stores that are ovulating tests and you pee on them and they will tell you if you are ovulating or not. And when you are ovulating, have a romanitic dinner with your man and make love!

Dont get all crazy about it though...One of my friends got so obsessed that her husband told my fiance that it was more like a chore to have sex with her these days becuase she was making their sex like revolve around her ovulation.

What ever you do...don't THINK about getting pregnant...the more you think about it and whether or not it will happen "this time" the more stressed you are going to make yourself. and if you are stressed it is kind of a way to tell your body..."nows not a good time" so just try to go with the flow and for time wise, usually right about in the middle of your cycle. (about 10 to 14 days after you end your period) and of course...don't drink or smoke or use illicit drugs (obviously) just do everything for your body you would do if you were already pregnant...be healthy...and GOOD LUCK

Don't track your cycles, just have sex at least every other day; better if you have sex everyday. Then you will make sure there are sperm in there when you ovulate.

Charting your cycles/ovulation works well. Keep your hips elevated using a pillow, or better yet, order the Liberator. It keeps your hips elevated and it adds a little more fun to sex. Best of luck.

Talk to your partner and decide to wait.......It worked for me. I got discouraged so I just decided to wait, and a month later we found out we were preggo! 36 weeks later.....I am ready to pop!
