Don't know about you guys, but isn't this a bit like the 'channel 4 saga' with BB as the 'voice' for the conscientiously ignorant? When we report abuse do these guys get a 'three strikes and your out'??
What should we or Yahoo do with them? Or is 'Yahoo' really loving the controversy?

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a personal grevience, besides, I'm thick skinned.
I'm playing devil's advocate here since there are always two sides to a story.
Having said that, if some ppl find obvious offensiveness as 'opinion' shouldn't it be kept to oneself?

Unfortunately in this world, we experience and are subjected to ignorance on so many levels! What one person perceives as insulting may not be perceived as such to another. I'm sure that Yahoo! avoids controversy and/or possible litigation entanglement unless it is REALLY twisted!

It shouldn't be three strikes and you're out because a lot of people will report people as abusive, simply because they don't like the answer they got (even though it might be the truth).
If you think someone is being insulting, you're just going to have to ignore them, just like in real life. Sorry.
Also, some people deserve to be made fun of. Check out this question:

Wow! Good question. I have the same concern, and when I posted womething about it people replied even more horrible to me. So, hats off to you but I think they should get 3 strikes and then be kicked off of here. But, then who is to say that they won't create another login and start over again saying the same ignorant things as before just with a different name. I don't really think Yahoo can do anything about it except send them an email saying their answer or question has been deleted. Well, hope you can get something done...Muha!

What I might consider humorous, you might consider abusive. Just keep in mind that in this type forum, you get anything, and everything. DO NOT TAKE things personally, if you do, you won't have fun here. Remember, everybody is different. So kick back, and enjoy the ride.

Unfortunately there will always be rude and insensitive people in the world. We can ignore them or report them. I'd like to hope that after 3 strikes that yahoo suspends their account for some rude comments could be considered harassment

you couldnt offend on yahoo or anywhere else for that matter. I do not give that power to anybody. The internet is not for people who get offended easy. I would say check yourself and quit trying to get everyone in trouble.
