Generally speaking... a "heel" can be a guy, even a friend of yours or mine that just doesn't measure up. He can't be trusted or relied on to do the right thing. A real heel! A jerk. Undependable when in a crises or when the family needs him to be their for them he will do something off, something selfish. Think of himself instead of the ones he loves.
