a spaghetti string tank that shows a little belly and or conservitively a white cotton full button shirt with rolled up sleeves and maybe dark brown short heeled shoes.

My sister is a clothing stylist who works in New York and she keeps lecturing me about what to wear. With a floor length denim skirt?..... Well no one would see what kind of shoes you wear so Im thinking it depends on the weather. And with the top... You could wear a white stretch tee and a very thin yellow jacket unbuttoned a little above the waist with choice of accesories

A floor length denim skirt just has to be one of the most unattractive items of clothing a girl could wear!

Just about any kind of boot would go with it as well as wedge shoes. For tops...that's pretty much open field. I can't think of anything that would't look good with it. Of course that depends on what kind of waist it has. Elastic waist may not look great with tucked in tops, unless you can disguise it with a rancho type belt or something.

knee high boots and a fitted turtleneck sweater would be great if it is cold weather, for warm weather, a tank top with thin straps and espadrilles or flip flops. Don't wear anything in blues, sitck to pinks, greens, whites, and brown. It will make it look classy, not over the top

Matters if you are going casual or not.
Casual: Cool pair of flip flops and a tank top, maybe with a hoodie.
Dress-Up: Boots and a tighter shirt. You are covering yourself up on the bottom, you need to show more on the top (either skin or curves).

denim is easy to match up with a shirt , but boots or even some denim high heels.

well being that ur completely cov'd at the bottom u need to show some skin at the top.. 2nd if ur gonna put on some type of really nice top u know not like a t-shirt or tank top then u should put on some heels.. not sexy heels but something to make u look like u got height.. maybe something w/a pointy toe...

those ugly ankle boots , because the only thing that they look good with are things that you can't see how ugly they really are.
i would recomend a white shirt.
maybe a v neck like t-shirt, or a long sleeved button up sweater.

i imagine you should take the skirt lower back to the save because for one, they make you seem as if a unmarried mom with none money. second, they extremely make short people seem shorter because they conceal your legs. try going for a knee length skirt for short people searching to be taller.
