If one of the computer is saying this, it has NOTHING to do with your router. Its like driving your car and someone asking you how your day is. Not related.
Now - what EXACTLY are you doing when this message pops up? Yes, it can be spyware, BUT, there are planty of times when this is a valid message. Can you post additional details?

Its called Linksys and there is something wrong with that PC. probably spyware. If all the PCs get on the internet then the router is working. If that one PC does not there is something with the PC not the router. check the connections and Windows.
