I like one that has photos on it. Made to look like a tree, on a big board, with actual small branches and sticks...then photos stuck in amidst the branches.

I'd make little clay faces of all the folks I could find pics of, and make up faces on the rest. Then you could wrap the faces in copper wire to attach to a tree made of wire, like the tacky dove trees they make on Hilton head out of sand dollar innards.

Use a real branch, from a dead tree or one that must be pruned, or you can get a cheap one from a craft store. "Leaves" with pic of person or area on the front, info on the back.

A many-tiered mobile! Buy a cheap baby one if the string, hanger, and glue gets to complicated. (How about pipe cleaners and a hanger? Or just use the hanger for the hook?)
