No, it does not mean that she likes you. If a human female were to throw hot soup at your face, then that would mean that she likes you, but the fact that she threw the entire bowl and all means no. Perhaps you are getting confused with the female dog (aka a *****). This species is likely to throw just about anything at you in order to get your attention.
