Probably not. It of course depends on who is asking. If it were my husband, then okay, we can talk about it. However, I find that everyone has an opinion about how to raise other people's kids. But, I feel confident about the decisions I make for my children. Let's put it this way, if you were playing too rough, and realized it only when asked to stop, then you should stop, and not continue out of pride. If, in your honest opinion, you were not too rough, then it is most likely none of that person's business, and you should do as you see fit.

The roughness obviously makes the person uncomfortable enough to ask, so yes.
Respect the feelings of those around you, and involved in your life...what you consider play may and could be found offensive to others. All depends on how you were raised...

well if they think youare playing too rough with your kid then yea i would probly stop....but if they asked u to stop doing something that in no way harms or effects others then who cares
