I would be ashamed to admit I had as small as a member as you have. Maybe you can take some growth hormones to get it to a normal range. Better yet do you mean my PEN IS 13 inches? I would believe that one more. hahahahahaha

This is perfectly normal. I too had a 13" inch penis at 13 or 14. It'll probably not grow much more. Don't let the guys tease you too much. Remember that they are jealous.

Me thinks you are pulling our leg! If you really have a 13 inch penis apply to the porn movie industry - you can make a mint. However methinks you need a ruler that starts at 0 inches rather than 10 inches.

A 13 inch penis is not normal. You are going to have a hard time finding a girl (woman) that can accept that large of a penis, in her vagina.

You are measuring from the wrong place.
You do NOT measure from belly button down to your pubic area and up your penis.
Try again and you will see that it's the usual 4-5 inches like most 13 year olds.
