My problem is that when we get down to it, she reaches orgasm while i'm left with my erection and i just can't ejaculate. i masturbate on a regular basis, sometimes even twice a day, i'm in perfect health at 5'9" 175 lbs , and i workout on a regular basis, so i don't think that's a probelm, but we've already tried 4-5 times and i get hard but i just can't ejaculate, i'm uncircumsized by the way. any help would be greatly appreciated

Being uncircumsized should add to your pleasure. Just because you g/f comes is no reason for everything to stop. Just keep going. Foreplay is important. Good sex is not just a wham-bam-thanks-mam kind of thing. Practice foreplay. Practice technique. Use you tongue on her clitoris, find her g'spot. Over time and with practice you can have her screaming for more with just your tongue in action. When having intercourse relax and think about how sey this lady is and how much you care about her. Let her perform fellatio on you. That will darn well make you ejaculate. No she doesn't have to swallow it. Let her finish you off with her hand.
If you can ejaculate from masturbating everything physically is working just fine. Me thinks either the girl is not responding - but likely she is unless she is faking the orgasm.

Relax!! And add some more fore play before going straight to intercourse. Make sure you are really close from the foreplay then try. Sometimes nerves can cause delay in ejaculation or in some cases just the opposite. Now that you have tried several times with the same result your nerves I would say would be raw. Try having a drink or two (if your legal age) and relax. It will happen.

If you masturbate 2 times a day, in most cases you won't have any semen left. Your body has to make more if it. It's like a well, you can run dry if you use to much of a good thing. ;) Wait about 4 or 5 days for more to come out.

well a lot of times too, it is hard to do ejaculate with a condom on. If you just have this problem during intercorse, try a condom that feels better. My suggestion Trojan with spermicide, it comes in a blue box. Or have her give you oral sex.

What else is going on - are you excited (not hard - excited) are you feeling stimuli when having intercourse, do you get close and then it fades away?
What are you thinking about? Sometimes building a mental fantasy helps. Is she tight enough to stimulate you?
I hate to bring this up - - but I was married at 19 and I had a very hard time with orgasm with my spouse. As I became more honest with myself I realized I was gay.

There could be a very simple medical explanation for this problem so the best thing is to let your doctor know and have them refer you to a urologist.
