i work on a parking lot and my boss has 31 parking lots and more than 60 employees. we deal with nothing but cash including getting paid. our boss only pays us $7 an hour cash and cheats the IRS and has millions of dollars cash in his house. is this legal?

You know perfectly well it isn't legal, but you've gone along with it instead of reporting it. That makes you an accomplice. Some citizen you are! Call the IRS immediately and tell them what you know.

Of course it is illegal. He is not paying payroll taxes on his employees and I do not know how he could get away with this for more than a few months. Call IRS, They will listen
