Those "lines" are definition lines and you can get them if you work your stomach muscles, a lot. To get those definition lines, first you have to be in great shape. Then you have to do a lot of exercise (aerobic exercise) to reduce the amount of fat that you have. Then lie flat on your back, with your legs outstretched, then put your left leg over you right one and do sit-ups then put your right leg over your left one and repeat the process. After about a year of doing that 200 times with each leg on top of the other, then you will have those defining lines.

Those lines that you are referring to are actually ligaments. They are called inguinal ligaments and they attach from your pubic bone to the front side of the hip. Its job is to stabilize the pelvis and protect and hold the small intestine.
