For starters, I wouldn't let him anywhere near my house. And definitely not with a paintbrush!! You're right about contract law - he has a contract with the American people to govern to the best of his ability. Maybe he is. If so, he hasn't violated that contract. But, there's no excuse for ignorance and stupidity.

in the experience that your painter signed a freelance retaining that he ought to end the job through a particular date and did not, then he's in breach of settlement, no longer you. I rather propose you contact a criminal specialist and performance this count number number settled. i do not recognize the position you're, yet the position I come from, you could deliver an reputable letter explaining each and every of the worry. you should then tell the contractor he has xxx kind of days to fix the shoddy artwork. If on the on the spot, the artwork continues to be no longer achieved or achieved poorly, you'll employ a clean organization to fix and finished the artwork and could be billing him (the shoddy contractor) for it! And frequently, under no circumstances employ someone for artwork like this with no need referrals from acquaintances and pals. genuinely see a criminal specialist!

He said he would paint the house! Why pay for a crappy paint job? But some fools would pay him three times to do the same crappy job. And they call it patriotism. lmao

Because of Republicans there have been few if any REAL checks and balances, just the way they like it.

I wouldnt pay Bush to do anything, let alone a bad job on my house.

Bush will in essence "get away with" all the misery he has caused.(Conservatives are secretly cheering).

If I were dumb enough to hire a lazy, low-IQ, spoiled fraternity puke, I'd deserve to get cheated.
