ok i have everything planned out to get a cell phone because my parents wont let me exept for paying for it...

i was going to get a prepaid reloadable visa card, except for you have to be 18 to get one and show your government issued id...so i need some answers on this question please!

i have everything for the cell phone planned out ....the provider, the cell phone, everything...except for i was going to use a prepaid visa but i JUST found out that you have to be 18 to get one...so i dont know how to pay for it since you have to be 18 to get those prepaid visa's...i dont know what to pay for it with?
