I have so many problems but I just want to calm down before I kill myself with Stress.

1.) Money stress. I'm trying to find a job nearby so I can take a bus or walk because I don't have a car. All the jobs are so far away. Not finding that job is making stress.

2.) Right now, I'm taking Physiology, Anatomy and Math together. It's so stressful. I don't want to fail. I'm trying to study but I'm not focusing on the studying, I'm more thinking about "what if I fail these classes."

3.) Lonely. Most of my friends have boyfriends but I don't.

How do I? Maybe this is not very helpful for you, but I simply force myself. I am so accustomed to being upset, that it is no problem to be quiet.

Also, I was at one time a performing artist and I had to calm down... there was no question about it. Whatever it was that I was going through was unimportant when I had other things to do .... like study or perform... and it all had to wait for later.
Thoughts are pesky things!

I hope things change for you ... just get yourself through it all ... friends can appear in the wink of an eye, and think of success in your studies rather than failure ... and may you find yourself a job soon. That will make you feel better. In the meantime, be sweet with yourself... remember to do whatever makes your day nice .... have tea, and make yourself a nice dinner, and be sure you put together a nice outfit to wear each day .... maybe buy yourself some new earrings and a pretty comb for your hair .... whatever does it for you. I don't know where you are located, but where I am, it is winter still and cold ....so, I am just concentrating on staying warm and relaxed, regardless of what happens

Peace & Love

Here's what I do when I feel like the world is against me:

1. Meditate and focus on a mantra, like "I am calm. I am calm. I am calm..."

2. Wallow in my sorrows and have a nice long cry about how everybody hates me.

3. Listen to music

4. Talk to someone about my problems.

-- I hope you find a way to relax and get through it all <3

try getting a job where you go to school. see if there's someone in one or more of your classes that would like someone to study with. maybe there's a good looking man that you could study with and that could lead to friendship or more. try meditation. play soft music in a quiet room and pretend you're somewhere else. it doesn't have to be for a long time, just til you feel better. deep breathing will help.

hmm.. well when i'm stressed out i just mutter ahh i hate my life under my breath.. but that's just a "teenage dramatic" thing.

just remember that no matter what, everything will work out...

that's why "i hate my life" is always followed with "ohh i love my life"

lower your expectations, and you will excced them

anything is possible with ambition

just relax and try to enjoy the ride

Try to breathe slowly. That helps.
Anxiety is very common, so don't be too afraid.
Also, try to say "ssssshhhh" to yourself for some time, as if you were helping a baby to sleep. It sometimes works.

Excercise works very well. Also, deep breathing exercise is more effective than you might think.
