I think Marino is better and here's why. Because he never had a decent running game and was the whole show for the Dolphins. I think the threat of a running game has really helped Peyton Manning. Don't get me wrong, they are both outstanding QBs but if Marino played on the same teams that Manning had in Indy...they would have already won multiple Super Bowls.

Not sure, Peyton will break Dan's records, but also look at the teams they played for, Manning has always had top notch recievers to throw to and good running backs to make the defense think twice about covering too soft. The dolphins were a good team and had a great defense but never really had good running backs or more than 1 good WR at a time.

If I had to choose between the two of them in their respective primes, I'd take Peyton Manning. That man lives in the film room, the gym, and the practice field. There is not one player in any era that devotes himself so fully to the game of football than Peyton Manning. I'm saying this and I hate the guy, so figure that one out.

Marino is better for now, but let's wait till Manning's career is over. If he can get at least one Superbowl ring, I'm sure he'll have the stats no problem.
