So obviously i would have to take the valve cover off, you think a valve cover kit w/Grommets & Spark Plug Tube Seals would be it?

Oil is in the spark plug tube, not in cylinder. This means that the rubber washer between the valve cover and the tube is leaking.
The washer can be purchased separately from a dealer or you can buy the entire set consisting of 4 washers and a valve cover gasket. If you go to a dealer for replacement, they'll charge you about $120.
And you don't want to know what oil in the cylinder would mean - trust me. Fortunately, on Hondas it hardly ever happens.

there are rubbeer seale on the alve cover ,they are on each spark plug tube ,replace them when you change the gasket.also the spark plug tubes on some models are threaded into the head and leak sometimes around the threads, you can remove them and apply some teflon tape to them. dont keep running the engine that way if the spark starts going to ground over time it can ruin the coil and also the unburned fuel can wash the cylinder wall and ruin the engine
