apply bronzer right under your cheek bones

You want to make shadows, and highlights where they would naturally occur on your cheekbones. Just use a bronser, or natural looking blush to darken where it's needed. The top of the cheek bone should remain left alone unless you use a concealer or powder to lighten it up a little.

Suck in your cheeks and use a bronzer softly on the angled line, sweeping upward. Add very light color to the apples of your cheeks for more color. Also, you can use an illuminating powder on the apples and it gives you that Jennifer Aniston/J Lo radiant skin glow.

You would have to do that with surgery, if you could even find a doctor to do such a thing.
