No. There is not a chance in hell that it will be illegal. It would take overturning a landmark Supreme Court case (Roe v Wade) to take away the "right" to an abortion.

The above map does shows that abortion is legal in all 50 states. This is a federal ruling. Individual states have the right to restrict or allow as much as possible. For example, some states if you're under 18 you need parental consent. Some states wil give you an abortion if you're 12 without a parent. Other states will only do abortions in the first term, etc.

Yes, it is completely legal. And no, there isn't much of a chance of it becoming illegal any time soon. I don't even think that restrictions on partial-birth abortion are being enforced.

It is legal in some states, illegal in others.

Personally, I think it should be legal. If Someone doesn't want to get an abortion, then they don't have to, and it's none of their business if other people want to get one.

Abortion is only legal in select states, everywhere else it is illegal.
