Exhibitions like that worry me -- I fear that most times when companies advertise real estate investment opportunities and they have you all come to a location to hear their pitch... it ends up being a scam. Either they are selling fractional shares (percentage-share ownership interests) or they are going to try to up-sell you into investing "more" for "more property" but in actuality -- the investment is more than you really gain. If I were interested in purchasing property overseas (at a Bulgarian ski resort), I would actually go there and do the research myself -- and find a reputable agent to help me. Good luck and be wary of scams!

Go see the property firsthand. Never buy online or over a phone. Check with the consulate office to which government agency in host country can verify that person has right to transfer ownership of property, and that you can legaly purchase it. Alot of scams in Western Europe, you pay for piece of paper saying you own land, but then find it's null because your not cit..
Good luck, and if in doubt, hire an attourney to verify,

We've just returned from South Africa and the exchange rate is R14.00 to £1.00 property is cheap and if you buy along the coast line you will have an excellent holiday home which you could probably rent for the remainder of the year to help pay off the mortgage. Plus the beaches are magic there!!

yes we have a company sign that reads, never keep your legs spread to far, the craziest stuff can happen.
in to-days world i would suggest even if you buy at home you must get the best Realtor and lawyer you cannot afford, to throw your money out on the Continent is very dumb unless you have someone at the other end sitting right on the deal.
a fool and his money are soon parted.
