Rip to PC using any number of software products available. I use DVD Decrytor. Then convert using AVS, a software package that converts video fromats from almost anything to almost anything.

You have to buy a dvd decrypter to rip the dvds the free ones are not worth downloading

plug your ipod in and drag the movie from your computer into itunes
