burning as MP3's or burning to play in a regular music CD player?

If burning as MP3's then as long as you leave the CD "open" and not finalized you can add new tracks. If burning to play in a regular music CD player (not one that can play MP3 files also) then it is a one shot deal.

you need to get a cd-rw. From there, it depends on your settings with your media creation software. Some leave a session open for the next time, and some will write over it.
