Many women experience breast tenderness around the time of their first missed period, but as with all pregnancy symptoms it differs from woman to woman, and from pregnancy to pregnancy. I've experienced breast tenderness early on in pregnancy in some instances, and not until later in others. I experienced hardly any tenderness at all with my twin pregnancy. You never can tell.
An ultrasound 10-15 days after conception won't show you anything that would confirm a viable pregnancy. It is possible at 4 weeks* a transvaginal ultrasound would detect a thickened uterine lining, indicating that conception may have occurred; however, since uterine lining thickening can occur for other reasons it wouldn't be conclusive even of that.
If you're seeing a fertility specialist you may be scheduled for an ultrasound as early as 5-7 weeks after an IVF or IUI cycle, but barring that it is highly unlikely -- and there is generally no reason to have an ultrasound that early. Cardiac activity can be seen around the 6 week mark in many instances, but even that is iffy and often isn't seen until about 7 weeks. If you're not under the care of a fertility specialist and there's no unusual circumstance warranting an early ultrasound (for example, if an ectopic pregnancy was suspected) an OB won't generally perform one until about 12 weeks.
(* When I say "4 weeks" I mean either: 2 weeks after ovulation/conception, IF that date is known, or, 4 weeks from your last menstrual period, which is what the doctor will typically use to date the pregnancy at the outset. Of course, when an ultrasound is performed the doctor might modify that, based on embryonic measurements.)
Hope that helps.

You probably will not get an ultrasound that early. Ultrasounds are usually given around 20 weeks.
Every body is different. When I was pregnant my breast starting getting sore right around the time I was suppose to start and didnt. LOL
Hope this is of some help. Good Luck and congrats

Your breasts can start being sore within a week or 2 of conception. It all just depends on you and your body...different women experience different things at different rates. Yes, something, no matter how small, can be seen on an ultrasound. However, the sex of the baby will still be unknown. GOOD LUCK!

Mine never hurt during the entire pregnancy. After the birth, however.....YOWEE! I believe the doc likes to wait until you are at least a month and a half (6 weeks) along before they do a first ultrasound.

I had one done @ 5 weeks (we didn't know the date of conceptiona and needed to date the baby) when we thought we were actually @ 6 weeks. There really was nothing to see. You could see a yolk sac and a fetal pole but no heartbeat. Probably won't see one until 7 weeks. Breast pain started immediately for me.

10-15 days is approximately 4 weeks pregnant, they dont usually do ultrasounds until you are 6 weeks pregnant (4 weeks past conception). Breast tenderness also occurs about the same time.

I havent suffered with sore breast as yet at 18 weeks. I had my first scan @ 13 weeks so it will probably be a while before they can book you in.

it will take a few weeks and no, the doctor will not be able to see anything after 10-15 days. you're not even really considered pregnant after 10-15 days.
