I'm no doctor but it sounds like a cyst or possibly a tumour! I'd take that man to the doctor. Men can get breast cancer too.

I had one of those when I was in about mid-20's. The doc ended up just sticking a needle into it and aspirating it. The culture came back negative for anything. And, once it was drained, it never swelled up again. But, do go get it checked out!

If it is under the underarm--could be an infection or something worse in the lymph nodes. Need to see a physician right away.

THis is serious! You should actually get it checked out today if possible becuase often if any person has well...cancer it will travel to the lymph system and the underarms will swell. I promise you that I am not joking about it at all you need to get this checked out right away!!!

It means you should get to the doctor right away and have it checked out. It could be a lipoma (necrotic fat), a lumph node or a tumor. Have it checked professionally.
