I got the answer my man. I have an Acer and had the same problem. Here's all you need to do to fix it. Hold down the Fn key and hit the Num Lock key. This toggles the Num Lock on and off. The Num lock light should go off when you do this.

those keys are set to carry popular computer operations through default. you go with to press the FN key and the function key jointly. Press FN and any key with the blue second image and also you get that function. thus scroll is likewise marked in blue as num lk. So FN+scroll activates num lock.

That sounds more like the NumLock is on than the Fn key being stuck. Is there a little light on next to or on a number "1" around your keyboard or below your screen? If so, that means the NumLock is on.

Find the NumLock key and press it to turn the NumLock off and see if that fixes it.
