You'll have to make it up. -- Get about 8' of 6x2" timber and cut to suit length of fridge sides, nail together to form a square and cut a 8mm ply top face, nail this on and sit the fridge on top. You could put a piece of skirting board on the front edge if required.

cinder blocks r 7 5/8 tall.....standard brick r 2 3/8... ur best bet is to get 2 x 4's ( 1 1/2" thick) and stack 4 of them on top of each other this will give u 6"....4 x 1 1/2 = 6.
u can cut them the same size of ur fridge and create a box for the unit to set on......

They have those bed lifter things, I bet those would work...it is kinda the same concept...just make sure the wheels on the fridge are locked so they can't slide off the risers.

I would suggest using 6x6's to fabricate a frame. Cut them to the dimensions of your fridge, and use some type of material to cover up the wood if you are worried about how it looks.

They make special dolly carts for this.
You put them on the sides and step down on them and they lift up the unit and you can then roll them around.
See it used on pop vending machines

i don't know if you could buy an item, need one myself, try breeze blocks. one breeze block plus one engineers brick should do the trick. place then inside the rim, wheels hould stand frim, will need in excess of for for each corner, don't try to buy one and put it in the center.

Look for moving opts to slide under. should be at major hardware stores.
Slide rollers under it will raise it and make it easy to clean behind.
