I've been discovering music from the 1930s and 1940s lately, particularly vocalists and big bands. I've been listening to a station on satellite radio that has piqued my interest. Anyone with insights as to what (more obscure) artists to look for or places online that you trust would be appreciated!
I don't need the really well-known bandleaders and singers, as I think I have a handle on them. Thanks!

You might find something on live365.com. Also, independent public radio stations(NPR affiliates) may have what you are looking for, usually these programs air only once a week, on the weekend, for only a few hours. Do a Google search, type in "NPR affiliates playing Big Band" to see if there is a station broadcasting in your area. Check their programing schedule.
