This is the problem as a fraction. 19(pie)/6. First I thought that I was supposed to convert the radians to degrees but that's wrong...I'm so lost!!

Can you also should the work done....I understand to subtract 2 but I'm not sure how you get a 7 instead of 17

19π/6-2π
= 19π/6-12π/6
= 7π/6

19/6 is 3 1/6 pi so subtract two from that and you have 1 1/6 pi.
